Booking appointments is getting smarter with each new release and we’re working hard to meet our customers expectations along the way. WooCommerce Appointment plugin’s latest update gives you the best pricing options you can imagine. We have introduced pricing rule, where you can apply discounts based on number of customers scheduled for each appointment. You now also have option to apply padding days and not just minutes for your appointments + one more experimental feature we hope it will catch your attention.
New Pricing Rules
You can now specify the price based on number of customers scheduled for each appointment. This option extends the Multiple Appointments feature, introduced with 1.7 and allows you to offer discounts, when customers book larger groups at once. It was a heavily requested feature, so we hope it work great for you ;)
Padding Days
When your appointments span through a day or more, you can now also specify padding days to prepare for next appointment. This was previously available for hourly appointments, but is now also available for daily appointments as well. You can apply the same rules here, to add padding days before or after the scheduled appointment.
Experimental: Show discounts on Calendar
Although this feature is in experimental phase, we encourage you to test it out and report back if idea is worth expanding on or we should ditch it altogether. It currently works for Date Range price rule only and we strongly advise you to only use this feature for testing and not for a live site – at least not until it’s ready and well tested.
