Appointments plugin now includes option to send WooCommerce follow up emails to client after the appointment has been completed. You can use this to send customers vouchers for their next appointment, ask them for feedback or to simply say Thanks!
Setup of Follow-up Emails
By default, follow-up email is disabled, so you need to enable it first. Everything else is handled automatically.
You can also set up Sending time, when appointment is sent to client. Sending time takes appointment completion date as reference and sent in set time period after the end date. For more advanced follow up emails, we highly recommend using Follow-Ups extension.
Styling Email Templates
Appointments plugin fully integrates with Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer for email customization and styling. It is pretty simple to use and you can style the email templates however you want.
