Our support system is now a lot better and is fully integrated with our membership system. Instead of adopting a hosted support system like http://www.zendesk.com/, we have decided to develop our own, which is built on top of a standalone bbPress installation. This version of bbPress is not supported by the community anymore, so we decided to develop it ourselves as it is faster and meets our needs.

Instead of searching for the topic you have started on to search for conversation you were part of, you now have a simple way of finding topic relevant only to you.
Get an answer by email or RSS feed
Answers to any question you ask will be delivered to you by email. You also have option to get answers to topics you haven’t started by simply subscribing to that topic.
Instead of searching inside forums only, you now have option to also search through all the documentation, FAQs and tutorials.
Better Text Editor with ability to Attach Files
Instead of simple text-only editor, available before, we now gave you more options to style the text you post. Make bold paragraphs, bullets, add code and even insert images if you like. This is very useful when you want to show the screenshot of you error or want to attach faulty code for our review. Also add attachments, if you want us to review your entire code collection.
View related topics and get answer as you type your question
At the end of each topic, you will find related conversations as well as relevant documentation. You will also get relevant answers to your question as you type it.
